Prior to processing your first withdrawal — and at any time at napi96's reasonable discretion — you will be required to complete the KYC verification process. This requires submission of one or more of the following documents: a government-issued photo identification (KTP, SIM, or passport), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and a copy of the bank passbook or e-wallet screenshot confirming ownership of the nominated withdrawal account. napi96 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. napi96 reserves the right to void all bets, forfeit all balances, and permanently close any account found to have been registered using inaccurate or fraudulent information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your napi96 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time password (OTP) codes issued for two-factor authentication. napi96 will never ask you to disclose your password through any channel.
Security Tip: Use a strong, unique password for your napi96 Account that is not shared with any other online service. Enable two-factor authentication in your account settings for an additional layer of protection.
napi96 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. napi96 does not accept payments via credit cards, cryptocurrency, or any channel not listed above.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified within the Platform's cashier section and may be updated from time to time. Members are responsible for reviewing current limits prior to initiating any transaction. napi96 reserves the right to apply transaction limits to individual accounts based on account history, verification status, and risk assessment.
Deposits made via Indonesian bank transfer or e-wallet are typically credited to your napi96 Wallet within seconds of confirmed receipt. In the event of a system delay, deposits will be credited within two hours. If a deposit has not been credited within two hours, you must contact [email protected] with the relevant transfer receipt.
Withdrawal requests submitted by fully KYC-verified members are typically processed within five to fifteen minutes during normal operating hours (07:00–23:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed at the earliest opportunity the following morning. napi96 reserves the right to extend processing times during periods of high demand, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required.

All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this Clause and to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page within the Platform.
Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, all Bonus Funds credited to a Member's account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the individual promotion terms. Wagering contributions vary by game type — slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements, while live casino and sportsbook bets may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the promotion terms.
Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational use by eligible members. napi96 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus — and any winnings derived from it — if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, placing offsetting bets across accounts, or colluding with other members to generate artificial wagering volume.
Bonus Funds that have not been used or wagered within the validity period stated in the applicable promotion terms will automatically expire and be removed from the Member's wallet without notice. It is the Member's responsibility to review bonus validity periods prior to claiming any offer.
napi96 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not retroactively affect bonus credits already claimed and in active use, provided that the member is not engaged in any prohibited conduct under Clause 8.
napi96 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where the Platform has reason to believe the bet has been placed in breach of these Terms & Conditions, where a technical error has generated incorrect odds or payouts, or where the integrity of a sporting event is in question.
All sportsbook bets are subject to the applicable sporting event rules and napi96's sportsbook-specific terms, which are available within the sportsbook section of the Platform. napi96 covers BRI Liga 1, international fixtures involving Timnas Indonesia (the Garuda), AFF Cup, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, MotoGP, badminton Grand Slams, and e-sports including Mobile Legends MPL and PUBG Mobile tournaments. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets are available on selected markets and are subject to minimum and maximum stake limits as displayed at the point of bet placement.

Upon termination for cause, napi96 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where a balance is found to have been legitimately accrued through fair gameplay and compliant conduct, it will be returned to the Member via the verified withdrawal method on file.
